Our 100% ALL-NATURAL olives are, quite simply, exceptional! Our olives are naturally-aged over many months, without the use of harsh chemicals, such as sodium hydroxide, to rapidly accelerate their maturation. They’re also free of the artificial colours and preservatives used in supermarket olives to standardise their taste and appearance. All this makes for a naturally-flavoured olive with great taste and texture.
A (not-so) FUN FACT! Did you know that sodium hydroxide and other chemicals are used to rapidly-age many supermarket olives over a matter of just a few weeks? This diminishes their flavour and texture and is one of the key differences between a small-batch and mass-produced olive..

Prized for their size, amazing flavours and crunchy texture there it’s little wonder so many people ‘in the know’ regard these as the king of the world’s olives.
