Our 100% ALL-NATURAL olives are, quite simply, exceptional! Our olives are naturally-aged over many months, without the use of harsh chemicals, such as sodium hydroxide, to rapidly accelerate their maturation. They’re also free of the artificial colours and preservatives used in supermarket olives to standardise their taste and appearance. All this makes for a naturally-flavoured olive with great taste and texture.

Our black kalamata olives are harvested when fully-ripe just outside the historic sea salt-producing town of Messolonghi in western Greece. Following harvest they are cured the old fashioned way over many months with just salt, water and a little vinegar. These olives have a wonderfully rich and buttery taste that lingers on the pallet well after it has been enjoyed. So, together with enjoying a beautiful, home-style flavour you can also finally say a big ‘good-bye’ to all those nasty chemicals so prevalent in today’s supermarket olives. How wonderful!
